Who needs therapy? Anyone, really. At HeartForza, providing clinical therapy to individuals, teens, couples, families, and groups involves a versatile and holistic approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Individual therapy

focuses on personal growth, mental health care, emotional well-being, healing, and self-exploration. I also provide customized treatment plans ensuring a safe and comfortable space for the individual to heal and thrive internally. Certainly, life can throw us off and we can feel “off.” It is absolutely okay to feel that way. Each individual writes their own stories and comes with their own “terms and conditions" of how they want to heal and thrive. This is the space where you can find your balance while managing your emotions and challenges.

Teen therapy

focuses on personal growth, life choices, resilience building, positive coping mechanisms, self-exploration, and emotional well-being. Navigating through the challenges of identity, social challenges, social media pressures, sexual/intimate relationships, academics, and life transitions can be quite a lot to manage. I get it as I have been there. You may be embarrassed to share your real emotions and thoughts, and that is absolutely okay. I am here to support when you feel the need to be seen, heard, and tactiled. This is the space where you can cultivate a strong sense of self as you transition into adulthood.

focuses on the enhancement of relationships, connection, communication, emotional intimacy, foundation of trust, mutual respect, and love. Each relationship is unique. Couples experience challenges and conflicts such as relationship issues, financial stress, parenting differences, life transition stress, differences in values, and lack of quality time. Strengthening a healthy relationship requires a courageous step in investing time and energy in therapy. Couples explore and evaluate openly the complexities of their relationship. That leads them to strengthen their bond by re-building their trust and re-nurturing their love for one another that brought them together in the first place. Family therapy

focuses on improving family dynamics, understanding each others’ roles and boundaries, and promoting conflict resolution in order to strengthen the value of being in a family. Families experience conflicts, family estrangements, life cycle changes, and transgenerational trauma, that impact their well-being. Families in therapy work together to find common ground and explore strategies and tools to strengthen their relationship and promote healing and growth.
